• Development of a Real-Time Indoor Environmental
Data Platform: Establish a platform that measures indoor
environmental factors such as air quality and lighting
levels using IoT (Internet of Things) technology.
• Real-Time Occupancy Data Measurement: Measure
occupancy data to assess real-time congestion levels
within indoor spaces.
• Optimization of Indoor Environment Based on
Real-Time Congestion Data: Utilize real-time congestion
data to optimize indoor environmental conditions for
improved comfort and efficiency.

Phase II

• Development of a Carbon Emission Data Platform for
Buildings: Create a platform to measure carbon dioxide
emissions from both residential and commercial
buildings, providing detailed emission data for each
building.
• Direct and Indirect Carbon Emission Reduction
(Scope 1 and Scope 2):
1. Direct Reduction: Utilize technologies such as Direct
Air Capture (DAC) and Carbon Capture and Storage
(CCS) to directly reduce carbon emissions.
2. Indirect Reduction: Implement an automated
lighting system through the BlueVitamins data platform
to indirectly reduce carbon emissions.

Phase III

• Provision of Sustainability Reports for Each Property:
Offer Sustainability Reports for individual properties based
on the database established through Phase 1 and Phase 2.
• Data Sharing for Financial Benefits: Share sustainability
data with financial institutions to enable them to offer
financial incentives for environmentally friendly buildings.
